With many years and a variety of experience, each member of our faculty brings a unique voice that represents the diversity of our community and student body. Our educators provide learner-friendly, student-centered instruction that focuses on experiential learning in a safe, supportive environment. It is our hope that students leave RCS with the curiosity and critical thinking skills needed not only to thrive but also to become a disrupters to the ills in our interconnected, global society.
